WOOHOOOO!!!!! Friday is here and I am SO EXCITED!!! Lots of caps and exclamation points, that’s the only way I feel like you will know how truly thrilled I am. Peter and I took Monday and Tuesday off to enjoy the last bit of fall and go on a few little day trips. Any suggestions of places to go?! Within driving distance of course, but please, send them my way!!

I love this for those cold fall mornings where you just want a big bowl of something toasty warm. Plus, in case you haven’t noticed, I will take anything pumpkin, anytime, anywhere.

Sabra makes a pumpkin hummus but it’s only seasonal and often quite tricky to find. This is the PERFECT alternative. It sounds like wait, pumpkin? HUMMUS? But I promise you, as with most things pumpkin, it is amazing. The ideal balance of savory with a hint of sweetness!
Okay I want this NOW. I love any stuffed meat. Sorry, a little weird saying/typing that but really, you can’t go wrong. Pairing fresh apples with some creamy gouda cheese and it’s a match made in heaven. This just screams fall to me!
I mean, two classic fall flavors here. Salted Caramel and Pumpkin. This is the health lovers dream. It’s like a delicious brittle but so much healthier! This is so great to make as a hostess gift too for any holiday parties you have coming up! Making these ASAP.
Growing up my mom always made breads and muffins of every kind and it was always my favorite. This carrot apple bread just reminds me of being a kid and getting cozy on the couch with a delicious slice of homemade yumminess!
